Yoojin Levelle

Yoojin Levelle is the People Operations Partner at RStudio. Yoojin has over ten years of experience in human resources and operations management.

Yoojin started their career as an executive assistant to the CEO and CTO of Codecademy. In this role, they managed day-to-day operations and developed efficient systems to streamline company procedures. Yoojin then went on to work as an executive assistant to the CEO of Hailo, a transportation startup.

After a few years in executive assistant roles, Yoojin transitioned into people operations. Yoojin first worked as a program manager for DigitalOcean before becoming a senior generalist at Petal. In this role, Yoojin was responsible for developing and implementing people operations strategy.

Yoojin is now the people operations partner at RStudio, where they are responsible for leading the people operations team.

Yoojin Levelle has a Bachelor of Arts from New York University in Political Science and Theirtory. Yoojin also has certification from the HR Certification Institute in Professional in Human Resources (PHR).

Yoojin Levelle works with Saudia Ganie - Technical Recruiting Lead, Jessica Brennan - Payroll & Benefits Manager, and Nick McMullen - People Ops Partner. Yoojin Levelle reports to Kelly Poulson, Director, People Operations.
