Jared Deluna

Jared DeLuna has a diverse work experience in media and social media management. Jared started their career as an intern at Bronx Net, where they gained skills in camera work, audio, and set design. Jared also interned for The Bronx Journal, assisting with their social media needs. Jared then worked as a correspondent for various publications, including The Bronx Journal and Mayors & Cities Magazine.

In 2012, Jared joined Radio Company "Voice of Russia" as a correspondent and social media manager, where they engaged with the community and created contests and photography albums on Facebook. Jared later moved on to KMPlayer, where they conducted sales and promoted the Korean video player on the Russian market.

Jared's career then transitioned towards social media management, as they joined RT as a social media manager and content creator. In this role, they sourced user-generated content, created viral videos, and optimized videos for search engine optimization. Jared also managed social media accounts for various shows and provided guidance on social media trends.

Most recently, Jared has been working on the up and coming YouTube channel "On The Side," where they serve as a voice-over artist and also handles camera work and video editing. Jared stays on top of news trends to create visual stories for the channel.

Jared DeLuna earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College, which they attended from 2007 to 2010.
