Steven W. Saltzgiver BSBM, MAOM, CAFS, VMRS, LEAN has over 30 years of experience in the fleet management industry. Steven W. Saltzgiver started their career in 1990 as a Sales Associate at Doug Smith Auto Group. Steven W. Saltzgiver then moved to City of West Jordan where they served as Manager from 1990-1994. In 1994, they were appointed as Director of Fleet Operations for the State of Utah. In 2005, they joined Mercury Associates, Inc. as Manager/Consultant and served as Interim Fleet Director for the City of Stamford, CT and Executive Director of National Association of State Fleet Administrators (NCSFA). In 2008, they were appointed as Director of Fleet Operations for the State of Georgia. In 2010, they joined The Coca-Cola Company as Vice President, Fleet Operations North America, where they were responsible for the strategic management of a transportation and refuse hauling fleet. In 2013, they moved to Republic Services, Inc. as Vice President - Fleet Management US Operations. In 2015, they returned to Mercury Associates, Inc. as Senior Consultant, Director Business Development and Marketing, and Manager. In 2020, they joined RTA: The Fleet Success Company as Fleet Success Ambassador, Director, Strategic Innovation, Director of Strategic Innovation at RTA Fleet Management Software, and Director of Strategic Innovation. Currently, they are the Host of The Fleet Success Show.

Steven W. Saltzgiver received a degree in Business from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business in 1990. Steven W. Saltzgiver then attended the University of Phoenix and obtained a BSBM in Business Management in 1997, followed by a Master of Arts in Organizational Management in 1999. Prior to that, Saltzgiver attended Salt Lake Community College and obtained a degree in Diesel Mechanics in 1981. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Automotive Fleet Supervisor from the National Association of Fleet Administrators. Saltzgiver also holds an MSCIS from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2020. Steven W. Saltzgiver has also attended the University of Utah for Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Saltzgiver has obtained certifications in Strategic Planning and Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership in 2015 and Lean Management Institute from the Institute of Lean Management.
