Gerry Tumbali

Gerry Tumbali has extensive work experience in the field of transportation, engineering, and technology. Gerry currently serves as the Chief Information Officer of the Regional Transportation Authority of Northeastern Illinois (RTA), overseeing the organization's finances, funding, and transit planning. Prior to this role, Gerry held positions such as Interim Chief Information Officer and Director of Application Services and IT PMO at RTA, where they were responsible for leading the strategic and operational aspects of enterprise application systems. Gerry also has expertise in engineering and technology management, having served as a Division Manager and Manager of Engineering & Technology at RTA for over a decade. Before joining RTA, Gerry worked as a Project Manager at ARCADIS, delivering a wide range of projects, and as a Project Engineer at Clean Air Engineering, where they directed source evaluation and compliance programs.

Gerry Tumbali has a MBA in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, which was obtained from 2000 to 2003. Gerry also has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois Chicago, attained from 1987 to 1991. Additionally, they completed their high school education in Philippines Jobs from 1980 to 1984.
