Jakub Kur

Jakub Kur is an accomplished business leader currently serving as Managing Director & Business Development Director at RTB House since January 2023, overseeing operations across the Benelux, Nordics, Baltics, and Balkans regions. With a strong background in business development, Jakub previously held senior roles at Shopee and Mastercard, including Senior Manager in Business Development and Head of Strategy & Strategic Projects, respectively. Earlier experience includes strategic advising at McKinsey & Company and co-founding First11, where Jakub served as CEO/COO. Jakub began a career in finance with positions at Credit Suisse, Boston Consulting Group, and others. Education credentials include an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University, supplemented by international study in Mandarin and finance at Shanghai University.
