Tomasz Zarzycki

Tomasz Zarzycki, PhD, serves as the People Development Team Leader at RTB House since August 2021, where responsibilities include the ideation, design, implementation, and management of various people development programs, such as the Leadership Development Program and peer mentoring initiatives. Additionally, Tomasz operates a consultancy focused on HR advisory services, covering areas like leadership, coaching, and soft HR. Previous roles include Coaching Program Manager at Refinitiv and L&D Project Manager at Uniwersytet Gdański, alongside a background in environmental engineering. Tomasz holds a PhD in Earth Sciences, specializing in Oceanology, and an MS in Environmental Protection from the University of Gdansk.
