Vlad Kozak

Vlad Kozak has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vlad is the Founder of Postup Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the post-war recovery of Ukraine, with a focus on developing innovative solutions for humanitarian demining. Prior to this, Vlad worked at RTB House as the Vice President of Account Management and later as the Head of Account Management Strategy. Vlad also has experience working at McKinsey & Company, where they served as a Specialist, Senior Knowledge Consultant, Analyst, and Junior Research Analyst, specializing in complex operations diagnostics and performance management for consumer industries. Before that, Vlad worked as a Data Analyst at Thomson Reuters.

Vlad Kozak completed their postgraduate studies in Lean Manufacturing at Wroclaw University of Economics and Business from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Uczelnia Łazarskiego w Warszawie, where they studied from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained certifications related to Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Sourcing, Supply Chain Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations from Coursera Course Certificates.
