Currently serving as an Operational HSE Performance Coach for RTC Offshore AS since August 2022, Ole Kristian previously held multiple roles at Wintershall Dea from August 2018 to August 2022, including Safety Coach and Offshore HSE Leader. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure as a Safety Officer at Stena Drilling from May 2005 to August 2018. Ole Kristian's academic background includes studies at Høyskolen from August 2008 to May 2012, contributing to a strong foundation in safety and operational performance.
