Mark Hix

Mark Hix has extensive experience in the construction and painting industries, currently serving as a Painter at Chandler Painting Company since May 2016, focusing on large commercial projects such as a middle school. Additionally, Mark has worked as a Laborer, surveyor, and operator for RTD Construction, Inc., contributing to the construction of a sewer mainline and river crossing since 2016. Earlier experience includes roles as a Construction Laborer and Sideboom Operator with Precision Pipeline, LLC, and various laborer positions in pipeline construction over two decades. Mark also held the position of Maintenance Coordinator at Grosse Ile Toll Bridge, managing maintenance tasks and equipment operation. Educationally, Mark attended Pipeline Construction University, earning a specialization in Natural Gas Transmission Pipeline Construction, and completed a GED at Jackson County High School.
