Julien Harel

Julien Harel is an experienced project manager currently serving as Chef de projet SI at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since November 2019. Previously, Julien held various roles at Bouygues Telecom from February 2005 to November 2019, including Responsable Système Technique, where responsibilities encompassed managing the integration of MOA and MOE teams, overseeing a team of 17 individuals for network performance management, and tripling the managed budget over five years.
