Ottavio Angelo Lo Brutto

Ottavio Angelo Lo Brutto, PhD, currently serves as Chargé d'études réglementation et normalisation en stabilité du système électrique de transport at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since July 2024. Previously, Lo Brutto held the position of Manager bureau d'études, normalisation at ZEPLUG from June 2020 to June 2024, where responsibilities included leading the design and sizing studies for electric vehicle charging infrastructures and participating in standardization committees. Other roles include Project Manager in the EV Charge sector at Tekeria and Engineer for wind electricity at Senvion France SAS. Additionally, Lo Brutto has experience in R&D project management at Altran and academic roles at Université de Caen Normandie. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate in electrical engineering with a focus on Marine Renewable Energies from Université de Caen Normandie and an engineering diploma in electrical engineering from UTBM.
