Vincent Bousquet

Vincent Bousquet is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electricity transmission sector, currently serving as the Head of Software Development Department and Head of Substation Automation Department at RTE Réseau de Transport d'Electricité since August 1999. Vincent oversees a team of 100 collaborators focused on substation automation systems, including design, development, deployment, and asset lifecycle management. Previous roles at RTE include Head of Evolution Group, Head of Operation Group, Head of Network Operation Group, and Head of Operational Planning Service, where Vincent managed various aspects of grid operations, project management, and real-time network operations. Early career experience includes positions as a Software Developer at LAAS-CNRS and Design Engineer at Alstom, complemented by a Master’s degree in Engineering & Electronics from Centrale Lyon.
