Dustin Hatch earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, where they studied from 1992 to 1994. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies from 2012 to 2015.
