Shardul O. is an experienced project lead with a strong background in observational studies and data analysis within the healthcare sector. Currently at RTI Health Solutions since January 2021, Shardul O. designs and conducts studies using diverse data sources, collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams. Previously, Shardul O. served as Assistant Project Lead at Medical Data Analytics, leading over 10 oncology studies and analyzing medical records and patient-reported outcomes. With a foundation as a Research Analyst, Shardul O. applied statistical tools to real-world evidence and health economics research. Shardul O. holds a Master of Science in Clinical and Administrative Pharmacy from The University of Georgia, a Master of Science in Pharmacy from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Nagpur University.
