Caroline Ashley has over 14 years of experience as an Innovation Advisor at RTI Innovation Advisors, specializing in primary and secondary research to support open innovation and technology commercialization projects. Previously, Caroline completed an undergraduate research internship at the Center for International Business Ethics, where case studies on labor issues, transparency, and virtue ethics were authored during an engagement in Beijing, China. Caroline received a degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating in 2008.
