Tom Culver is a Senior Innovation Advisor at RTI Innovation Advisors, where responsibilities include enhancing innovation outcomes for large corporations and conducting nationwide workshops on Technology Scouting and Open Innovation solutions for Fortune 100 companies and government clients. Prior experience as Senior Technology Manager at RTI International focused on technology commercialization, scouting, and market research in areas such as green materials, optics, and micro/nano technology. Additionally, Tom served as Product Manager/Technical Sales at Diamonex, managing the development of DIAMONDSHIELDTM and custom optical coatings, and held the position of Optical Coating Manager at Itek Optical Systems. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Optical Engineering and a minor in Studio Art from the University of Rochester.
