Brad Goan is a seasoned higher education professional with extensive experience in strategic advising and enrollment management. Currently serving as the Senior Advisor for Strategy and Innovation at the University of Montana since 2022, Brad previously held roles as an Executive Consultant at Ruffalo Noel Levitz from 2015 to 2022, and as a Partner at AGS Partners between 2015 and 2018. Prior to these positions, Brad was the Vice President for Enrollment and Dean of Admissions at Transylvania University from 2006 to 2015, and held various roles at the University of Kentucky, including Director of the Robinson Scholars Program and Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission, starting in 1997. Brad holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Higher Education and a Master of Arts (M.A.) in History from the University of Kentucky, as well as a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
