Clemence Mancosu began their work experience in 2000 as an Attachée de Presse at Josseaux Communication. Clemence then worked as a Chef de publicité at BETC for a brief period in 2006. In 2008, they joined MullenLowe Group as a Chef de projet until 2010. From 2010 to 2014, Clemence worked at Smartclip as the Directrice de clientèle digital. Clemence then joined RTL AdConnect in 2015 as a Digital Solutions Manager, and later became an International Sales Manager from 2016 until 2019. Currently, they hold the position of Senior International Sales Manager at RTL AdConnect since January 2020.
Clemence Mancosu has a diverse education history. In 2000 to 2001, they attended ESMOD École Supérieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode, although the degree or field of study obtained is not specified. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued a degree in Licence LEA/Langues Étrangères Appliquées au commerce international- Anglais et Portugais at Université des Lettres et Sciences Humaines in Nantes. Continuing their education, they attended NEOMA Business School from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Programme Grande École – Mastère spécialité « Marketing produit et Communication ». Additionally, in 2007, Clemence had the opportunity to participate in an exchange program at Fondation Getulio Vargas (FGV-EAESP) in São Paulo, Brazil, focusing on "Commerce & Droit International."
