Paul Gibbins has a diverse work experience in the field of digital sales and advertising. Paul started their career as an Advertising Group Head at Excite in 2000. Paul then worked as a Business Development Manager at BSkyB from 2002 to 2005. After that, they joined Turner Broadcasting as an Interactive Sales Manager, where they worked across the company's web and interactive business. From 2008 to 2010, they served as the National Online Sales Manager at Multi Channel Network, responsible for sales of over 32 websites in Australia.
In 2010, they became the Sales Director at Smartclip UK, where they were responsible for all revenue across various multi-screen offerings. Paul also negotiated trading agreements with top media groups and acted as the lead contact for DSP-Videology and RTB-AdapTV sales and negotiations. Following this, they joined Teads.tv as the Head of UK Programmatic Sales from 2014 to 2015, responsible for programmatic revenues in the UK and EMEA.
In 2015, they served as the Director of Programmatic at LoopMe, the largest mobile video demand-side platform, covering various video ad formats and reaching over one billion consumers worldwide. Paul then joined Sizmek as the Agency and New Business Director from 2016 to 2017. Currently, they are associated with RTL AdConnect, where they have held multiple roles such as International Sales Manager, Head of International Digital Sales, and currently works as the Digital Sales Director, responsible for the UK and US markets.
Paul Gibbins attended the University of Westminster from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business and Finance.
