Sayeda Khaled

Sayeda Khaled serves as the Director of Asset Management and Product Manager at RTO National, focusing on collaboration with leadership and end users to tackle business challenges and ensure precise definition of user requirements. Previously, Khaled held positions as a Product Manager II and Web Developer, where skills in PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL were utilized to develop new features. Experience also includes serving as Census Field Manager at the U.S. Census Bureau and Operations Manager at USETECH Company Limited, Sudan's largest IT Security firm. Notable achievements include a 40% profit increase as After Sale Services Manager at Haggar Limited-Samsung and the establishment of a call center at Central Advanced Digitech. Khaled holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering from the University of Nebraska at Omaha and completed a Full Stack Web Developer program at Carolina Code School.
