Jean Sirois has a long and successful work experience in various leadership roles. Jean started their career at Clariant in 1991, where they held various leadership positions for 13 years. In 2004, they joined RTP Company as the General Manager of the Color Division, where they achieved significant growth rates and expanded the division's business tenfold. Jean then took on the role of Head of South America, where they established RTP's legal entity in Brazil and achieved a remarkable 40% growth in the region.
