Jean Sirois

Jean Sirois has a long and successful work experience in various leadership roles. Jean started their career at Clariant in 1991, where they held various leadership positions for 13 years. In 2004, they joined RTP Company as the General Manager of the Color Division, where they achieved significant growth rates and expanded the division's business tenfold. Jean then took on the role of Head of South America, where they established RTP's legal entity in Brazil and achieved a remarkable 40% growth in the region. Jean was later promoted to Managing Director of Europe, where they had P&L responsibility for all European operations and successfully integrated an acquired business. Jean then became the Director EMEA/General Manager Canada/Strategic Business Director, leading the European sales structure and achieving a target of growing European sales to 15% of RTP revenue. Most recently, they served as the Managing Director of Corporate Development and Acquisitions/GM Canada, where they demonstrated a clear progression of promotions and advancement. Jean also served as the Chairman of Nanoledge from 2010 to 2012.
