Jim Mathis

Jim Mathis is an experienced professional in the field of Outside Plant Engineering and ISP Engineering, currently serving as the BIC Design Manager for RTS Associates, LLC since October 2010. Mathis has held various roles, including OSP Design Manager for AT&T in Southwest Georgia, where responsibilities included production management and engineering support. Previous positions include Project Manager for the AT&T FTTB initiative, Senior OSP Engineer at SourceOne Corp, and OSP Engineer at UCI Inc, with a strong track record in design, implementation, and management of OSP projects across multiple environments. Mathis began a career in engineering as a CAD Technician/Designer and also gained experience as a Highway Design-Draftsman. Jim Mathis holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Morehead State University.
