Jorge Otero

Jorge Otero is an experienced OSP Design professional with a strong background in developing planning and design documentation for telecommunications projects across the Southeast States. Currently at RTS Associates, LLC since March 2017, Jorge Otero has been responsible for the planning, design, and billing of various projects including ASE, PFP, EMUX, DSx, DFIB, and FTTx. Previously, Jorge Otero held OSP Design roles at UC Synergetic from February 2015 to March 2017 and at Osmose from February 2013 to January 2015. Jorge Otero holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Barry University.
