Sam Potts

Sam Potts is an experienced OSP Design Engineer with a strong background in telecommunications. Currently employed at RTS Associates, LLC since July 2019, Sam Potts specializes in designing, drafting, and managing database submissions for AT&T telecommunications projects, focusing on aerial and buried fiber and copper plant installations in Upstate, SC. Prior to this role, Sam Potts worked as a Project Specialist at TELICS from February 2011 to June 2019, also handling OSP design work for AT&T in Spartanburg, SC. Sam Potts holds an Associate of Science degree in Commercial Art & Graphic Design from Southwestern Community College, obtained between 1989 and 1990.
