Abagail Schweikert

Abagail Schweikert has a diverse professional background, currently serving as an Onboarding Representative at RTS Financial since June 2021. Prior to this role, Abagail worked at Von Maur as a Department Manager from September 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included motivating sales associates, conducting performance reviews, and implementing departmental solutions. Abagail's experience also includes serving as a Shift Lead at Chick-fil-A-Franchise between February 2017 and June 2019, with duties encompassing training new employees and ensuring restaurant preparedness, along with recognition as Employee of the Month in November 2018.
