Chad Homan

Chad Homan has extensive experience in operations and team management, currently serving as Operations Manager at RTS Financial since December 2016, where Chad has progressed through various roles including Senior Supervisor and Team Supervisor. Prior to this, Chad contributed to the Kansas City Royals as a member of the Tarp Crew from April 2012 to April 2018, ensuring the field’s readiness for games. Chad's internship experiences include positions at Morgan Stanley focused on client inquiries and at State Street, where finance-related tasks were performed, alongside a solid background in groundskeeping with Sporting Kansas City. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from the University of Central Missouri and an Associate of Arts from Metropolitan Community College-Longview.
