Tera Haywood

Tera Haywood is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in customer service and consulting. Currently serving as a Financial Resolution Specialist at RTS Financial since October 2017, Tera previously worked as a Customer Service Representative at State Farm ® from January 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, Tera was a Consultant at Certified Credit Experts, a division of Addleman Law Firm, from July 2011 to October 2014. Tera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of Central Missouri, earned between 2006 and 2011.
