Thomas Mirc has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Thomas is currently a Principal Partner at ShadowHornet Consulting, a product, technology, and M&A consulting firm specializing in finance, high-tech, healthcare, telecommunications, and government/public sector. Prior to this, they served as an Investor at FractionalTalent.io, a platform that provides access to top technical and leadership talent solutions.

Earlier in their career, Thomas was the Managing Director and Executive Vice President of Products and Technology at M4 Solutions by VertiGIS. Thomas played a key role in turning around the financial and business performance of the telecommunications business segment, leading it to profitability and subsequent top-line and EBITDA growth.

Thomas also held the position of Executive Director of SaaS Platforms, Mergers and Acquisitions at Relias, where they managed product management organizations, engineering development teams, and had oversight of $250 million in ARR.

Furthermore, Thomas worked as a Technology workforce development advisor to the White House Economic and Rural Councils, providing expertise on technology partnerships. Thomas was also a senior manager at Red Hat, where they led various teams related to products and technology, mergers and acquisitions, and global product and customer systems engineering. Thomas played a crucial role in executing M&A deals, advising executive leadership, and managing technology procurement categories.

Thomas began their career at Amundi Pioneer as a Marketing Analyst and quickly rose to the position of Vice President, Marketing and Client Service, contributing to the growth of the asset management division.

Thomas Mirc holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in the field of Fellow; Development economics; Technology; Rural issues from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Thomas pursued an Executive Education Series in Mastering Sales at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2021 to 2022. Thomas also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in small business management, cum laude, from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. In 2017, they completed the US Army War College - 2017 National Security Summit and received a Certificate of Leader Development in National Security Strategy and Policy. Additionally, Thomas Mirc holds a certification as a Professional from the Academy for Healthcare Management (PAHM), obtained in January 2018.
