Joe Lepera Sr.

Joe LePera Sr. has over two decades of experience in engineering and technical support, primarily at T-Mobile, where roles have included Engineer in the e911 NTAC and NOCe911 teams, Sr. Technician, and foundational contributions as a founding representative of the NOCe911 organization.
