Shalini Sinha

Shalini Sinha is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at RTW Investments, LP since July 2021, Shalini previously held significant roles including Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company, Executive Director of HR Strategy & Special Projects at Sumitovant Biopharma, and Director, HR Business Partner at Roivant Sciences. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Markets Group, Apollo Global Management LLC, and Goldman Sachs, as well as early career experience in business development at Merrill Lynch and an internship at Chubb Insurance Company. Shalini holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and Entrepreneurship from Rutgers University and an Advanced Personal and Executive Coaching Certification from the College of Executive Coaching.
