Ole Houen has extensive experience in project management within the telecommunications sector, demonstrating a strong track record from various well-known companies. Currently, Ole serves as a Project Manager at RTX A/S and previously at Intel Mobile Communications, overseeing software development for mobile phone audio components and managing international teams. Earlier roles include project management positions at Infineon Technologies and Texas Instruments, where responsibilities encompassed both hardware and software project delivery. Ole has a solid foundation in leading cross-functional teams, project planning, risk evaluation, and ensuring compliance with quality standards, supported by a Master’s degree in Telecommunication from Aalborg University.
