Colonel John "Caveman" Gloystein is a retired USAF Senior Leader currently serving as the Director of AFRL Requirements and Capabilities in Dayton, Ohio. Previously, Gloystein held multiple key positions, including Commander and Director of the Munitions Directorate at the Air Force Research Laboratory, where they managed over 580 personnel and advanced air-launched munitions technology. Gloystein graduated as a distinguished graduate from the United States Air Force Academy and earned a master's degree in aeronautics from The George Washington University, while also completing the Air Force Test Pilot School as the top graduate. With extensive flight experience including over 1,400 hours in the F-16, Gloystein has contributed significantly to the development of military doctrine and advanced technologies for defense.
