Mariah Saville

Mariah Saville is currently the Director of Human Resources at RTX, serving as a Human Resources Business Partner for Enterprise Realty Services. Previously, Mariah held various HR roles, including Director Talent Management at Collins Aerospace and Associate Director of Human Resources at UTC Aerospace Systems. Mariah began their career as a Disability Claim Consultant at Disability Management Services, Inc. and worked as both a Human Resources Specialist and Generalist at Hamilton Sundstrand. They hold multiple degrees, including a BS in Criminal Justice/Psychology and an MS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.
