Sally McDonough

Sally McDonough is an award-winning senior strategist in executive and employee communications at RTX, having held the position of Senior Director since 2023. With extensive experience in strategic planning and program design, they have previously served as the Director of Communications for the National Institutes of Health and as Special Assistant to the President for Communications at The White House. Throughout their career, Sally has managed significant public affairs initiatives, including leading campaigns for major organizations like The Ad Council and Raytheon. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, Communications, and International Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
