Lukas Baumgartner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Lukas is currently working at RUAG as the Leiter Customer Success Management and CIO Stv. Lukas started their career at Jet Aviation Management AG as a Manager IT Solutions, and later worked at Jet Aviation Basel AG as an SAP PS/PM Consultant/Business Process Engineer. Lukas also worked at Jet Aviation Zurich AG as a Project Leader Aircraft Maintenance. Earlier in their career, Lukas gained experience at Michelin as a Sachbearbeiter Verkaufsinnendienst, and at Sauber Motorsport AG as a Formel 1 Rennmechaniker.

Lukas Baumgartner earned a Business Relationship Management Professional degree from the Business Relationship Management Institute, where they studied from 2023 to 2033.

Lukas also attended ZHAW School of Management and Law from 2011 to 2013, receiving a degree in MAS Wirtschaftsinformatik/ Business Information Management.

In 2011, they obtained a Foundation degree in HERMES Project Management Method Certified.

Lukas holds a TOGAF Certified Level 2 in Enterprise Architecture from The Open Group Certification, starting in 2014.

Additionally, Lukas Baumgartner is a Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C® from the International Project Management Association (IPMA) in the field of Project Management.
