Monica Pettersen

Monica Pettersen is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Ruah Community Services since October 2025, Monica previously held roles such as Human Resources Business Partner at Rocky Bay and People and Culture Manager at Foundation Housing Ltd. Notably, Monica has also worked as the Human Resources Manager at INTO University Partnerships and UWA College. Prior experience includes executive roles at Uniting Church in Australia, where Monica advanced from HR Manager to Executive Officer of People & Culture. Early career experience includes positions at Water Corporation and Ertech.
