Crystal Franke

Crystal Franke is a seasoned Human Resources executive with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ruan Transportation Management Systems since October 2019, Crystal has previously held roles including Director of Human Resources and Director of Total Rewards & HR Systems within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Benefits at Oasis and various positions at UnityPoint Health, including Benefits Manager and Sr. Benefits Consultant. Crystal’s career began at Kum & Go, where key roles included Inventory Manager and Credit Card Accounting Supervisor. Crystal holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Iowa State University.
