Danielle Foster-Smith

Danielle Foster-Smith has extensive work experience in the legal field. Danielle started their career as an Attorney at the Law Office of Roger J. Kuhle, P.C., where they primarily handled cases in employment discrimination/civil rights, family law, juvenile law, and personal injury. Danielle represented clients in state and appellate courts in Iowa, as well as in various state and federal administrative agencies.

In 2005, Danielle joined GuideOne Insurance as a Staff Litigation Counsel. In this role, they served as an in-house trial attorney, defending the company's insureds in state and appellate courts in Iowa, Nebraska, and Missouri, as well as in the U.S. District Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Iowa.
