Prajapati Sanjay

Prajapati Sanjay has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Prajapati started their career in 2008 as an Executive in HR at Deepak Nitrite Limited, where they were responsible for recruitment, selection, interviews, negotiation formalities, joining, and relieving formalities. In 2010, they joined Rubamin Limited as an Executive in HR, where they gained 3 years of experience in HR, handling manpower planning, recruitment, initial screenings, short-listing profiles, conducting interviews, and induction and placement processes. In 2013, they joined Deepak Group Co as an Assistant Manager in HR, and later promoted to the role of Dy.Manager Hr at Deepak Nitrite Limited Nandesari, where they currently hold the position.

Prajapati Sanjay attended The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in MHRM (Master of Human Resource Management).
