Javier Ramos Moreno

Javier Ramos Moreno is a highly experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management, construction, and technical coordination. Currently serving as Jefe de Producción and part of the Departamento de Estudios at CONSTRUCCIONES RUBAU since June 2016, Javier has overseen key projects such as the Residencial Suite 228 in El Cañaveral, Madrid, and has held roles including Responsable de Contratacion and Jefe de Oficina Técnica for significant projects in Colombia. Prior experience includes roles at SEG Ingeniería in Panama, IVICSA Sucursal Colombia, and various engineering firms where responsibilities encompassed project planning, bids coordination, and technical oversight in construction and infrastructure projects. Javier holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio and has further enhanced technical skills with a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
