John Cagle

John Cagle has a strong background in research and development within the home fragrance and candle industry. John has held various leadership roles at different companies, including Rubbermaid Commercial Products and Newell Brands / Yankee Candle Company. John also founded Innovation Squared, where they served as President and co-owner, developing fragrance delivery systems and providing consulting services. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Research & Development at Pace Mfg / Clearly Tech, LLC, where they were responsible for product design and formulation. John began their career as a Lab Technician at Home Fragrance Holdings.

John Cagle obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Chemistry from the University of Houston. John attended the university from 1990 to 1995, where their field of study focused on Petroleum Products, Polymers, and Surfactants.
