Abhinav G.

Abhinav G. has a diverse work experience in the field of technology. Abhinav is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CTO of Rubbrband since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a graduate student instructor (GSI) at UC Berkeley Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences (EECS) for two courses: EECS 294-210 and EECS 127. As a GSI, they taught students, held office hours, developed homework, and created midterm exams for EECS 127.

Abhinav also gained research experience as a Research Associate at Berkeley Artificial Intelligence Research from January 2020 to October 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at Freenome from June 2022 to September 2022, and as a Software Engineering Intern at Google from May 2021 to August 2021. Abhinav's internship at Google in 2020 also provided him with valuable software engineering experience.

Further, Abhinav held positions within UC Berkeley's EECS department, including CS 70 uGSI (Student Instructor) from August 2020 to May 2021, CS 70 Reader from January 2020 to May 2020. Abhinav also served as a Research Associate at Berkeley RISE Lab from September 2019 to January 2020.

Abhinav started their professional journey as a Software Engineering Intern at PayPal from June 2019 to August 2019.

Abhinav G. completed their high school education at Mission San Jose High in Fremont, CA in 2018. Following their graduation, they attended the University of California, Davis from 2018 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Abhinav then transferred to the University of California, Berkeley, where they commenced their undergraduate studies in Computer Science from 2019 to 2021, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Berkeley from 2021 to 2022.
