Nico van Raaij

Nico van Raaij's work experience begins in 1989 as a Developer at Score Datacom. Nico then moved on to work as a Project Manager at Hulo International in 1990, followed by a role as Bedrijfsleider at Eillert from 1992 to 1994. Nico then worked as a Director at Prosof from 1994 to 1995 and as a Project Manager/Program Manager at Face from 1995 to 1999. After that, they served as a Business Line Manager SAP at Commit Information Systems from 1999 to 2001. Nico then joined Pink Roccade as a Business Line Manager Application Services from 2001 to 2006, and later as a Delivery Manager Microsoft at Getronics PinkRoccade from 2006 to 2008. Nico then worked at Capgemini, where they held positions as Unit Manager Microsoft from 2008 to 2009, Cluster Manager Microsoft Solutions from 2009 to 2011, and Manager Accelerated Delivery Center (ADC) from 2011 to 2012. Currently, they are working at Rubicon Cloud Advisor, initially as Manager Operations Microsoft from 2012 to 2016, then as Directeur Operations & HR from 2016 to 2022, and currently as CHRO starting from April 2022.

Nico van Raaij attended Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2007, where they studied Marketing Management. In 2006, they also studied Strategic Management at the same university. In 2005, they completed a course in Financial Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam as well. Prior to this, in 1992, Nico attended ISW and studied Middle Management. Nico earned a degree in Commercial Technical Engineering from HAN University of Applied Sciences in 1990 and also completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering / Automation from the same university from 1984 to 1989. Nico's highest level of education is VWO, which they completed at GSGD.
