Phil Mylrea

Phil Mylrea has extensive work experience starting from 1975 to the present day. Phil is currently the Managing Director of Rubicon Recruitment Ltd since 2004, where they take full responsibility for all activities and strives to deliver the best service to clients. Prior to this role, they served as a Director at Hurst Group from 1994 to 2004. Earlier in their career, they held managerial positions at Thermos Ltd as a Marketing Manager from 1989 to 1995, at Unilever as a Marketing Manager from 1983 to 1989, and at 3M Pharmaceuticals as a Marketing Graduate Trainee from 1982 to 1983. Phil started their professional journey at Hambros Bank as an Account Executive from 1975 to 1979.

Phil Mylrea attended Loughborough University from 1979 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Sciences.
