Nathan Garlock has extensive work experience, starting with their role as Founder of The Living Room, a local music Instagram community. Nathan later served in various roles at SalesRabbit, Inc. including Director of Strategic Partnerships and Growth Manager. Nathan was also an Operations Manager at Amazon before joining Hum Capital as an Associate. Nathan co-founded Thrivy in 2023, and subsequently joined Rubicon Carbon as the Senior Manager of Business Operations and Strategy before being promoted to the Head of Sales Operations and Strategic Initiatives.
Nathan Garlock earned their Bachelor's Degree from Brigham Young University, where they majored in French and minored in Global Business. Nathan also completed additional certifications in Global Management from Brigham Young University's Marriott School of Business and Entrepreneurial Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. In 2022, they began their Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Columbia Business School, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they attended Curtis Senior High School, but no degree was obtained there. Additionally, they received a French Language Certificate with an advanced rating from ACTFL in 2016.
