Neerada Poduval

Neerada Poduval has a diverse range of work experience spanning over a decade. Their most recent position, starting in 2021, was as Senior Vice President in ESG Investing for the Global Fixed Income Portfolio Management Group at BlackRock. Prior to that, they held the position of ESG Sales Specialist at S&P Global in 2021, and Director of Regulations at GFI Group from 2017 to 2021. In 2013, they were an Executive Manager at the Building and Construction Authority, and from 2011 to 2013 worked as an Environmental Engineer for the Singapore Environment Council. Neerada began their career in 2010 as an Assistant Consultant at EnviroSolutions & Consulting. In 2023, Neerada will become Head of Carbon Markets & Policy at Rubicon Carbon.

Neerada Poduval obtained a CBSE degree from Chinmaya Vidyalaya, Cochin in 2002. Neerada continued their education with a GCE A-level degree from Anderson Junior College in 2004. In 2008, they graduated from Nanyang Technological University Singapore with a B.Tech degree in Environmental Engineering. In 2017, they completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Environmental Science and Policy from Columbia University. Additionally, Neerada Poduval obtained a BCA Green Mark Manager certification from Building and Construction Authority, although the obtained month and year are unknown.
