Carol DeVol

Carol DeVol is an accomplished Independent Board Member, Advisor, and Co-Executive Producer with extensive experience in the healthcare and medical practice industry. They served as Chief Operating Officer at Care Level Management from 2001 to 2008 and held various leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of Operations at INSPIRIS, Inc. and Regional President at Optum. Currently, Carol is an Independent Board Member at multiple organizations, including Imagine Pediatrics and Greater Good Health, and actively contributes as an Operating Advisor at Healthcare Foundry and co-executive producer for the We The Children Podcast. Carol earned a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and continues to engage in initiatives that promote accessible and sustainable healthcare solutions.
