Clarisse Feng

Clarisse Feng currently serves as Vice President at Rubicon Founders since March 2025. Previously, Clarisse held the position of Senior Associate at Martis Capital from August 2022 to December 2024, specializing in middle-market private equity investments in healthcare services and technology. Prior experience includes an Investment Banking Associate role at Perella Weinberg Partners focused on restructuring and capital structure advisory, and a Senior Associate position at Temasek, concentrating on direct investment structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company M&A. Clarisse holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in International/Global Studies from The Lauder Institute - University of Pennsylvania, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the National University of Singapore.
