Jim Robins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as an Executive Advisor at Rubicon Founders since November 2024, Robins provides advisory services focused on acquisition due diligence, commercial strategy, and investment ROI. Previously, at Syneos Health from March 2020 to May 2024, Robins held the position of Senior Vice President & Global Head of Syneos One Commercial Delivery, where responsibilities included designing and implementing global launch programs and managing resources for client projects. Prior roles include Vice President & General Manager at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and Regional Vice President at GSK, where Robins led teams and strategic initiatives across various therapeutic areas.
