Kendal Reed

Kendal joined Innovex in 2016 as VP of Corporate Development and has been a key member of the Innovex team leading M&A, treasury and integration. In early 2019, he took on the role of CFO assuming wide-ranging responsibility for the company’s financial operations. Previously, Kendal served seven years with Intervale Capital, a middle market OFS private equity firm, where he was responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing a variety of oilfield service investments. Kendal earned a B.S. in Finance from the University of Kansas.
